The actual closing was lower today than Thursday's closing. It is $54.49 a barrel.

The line indicating the price for balancing the 06 budget has been changed to what the state estimated the price to be at for the current budget.
The price per barrel is about $6.00 above what is needed to balance the 06 budget. Nevermind the 07 budget.
