Do You Hear What I Hear......Said the FBI To Rahm Emanuel

It seems, according to Michael Sneed of the Chicago Sun-Times that Rahm Emanuel is reportedly on 21 different taped conversations by the feds...

Where are they in the indictment?

Some thoughts on the indictment:

On November 7th negotiations On Jarrett were being discussed.

On November 10th, it was publicly reported that Jarrett was going to be in the White House. And negotiations reflect the frustration on the part of the Governor on November 10th recordings when he states he will put Senate Candidate 4 in the Senate seat.

However, there is no entry in the indictment on November 9th.... It is highly unlikely that there were no recorded conversations.

The question has to be asked why no November 9th? That is the point of when the decision was made to put Jarrett in the White House and it seems it was conveyed to the Governor by his frustration.

On November 12th, Harris notes that CNN has Jarrett wanting the White House position but, it seems negotiations are back on with possible involvement by the SEIU.

There is a clear break in the continuity in this indictment. For what reason, Fitzgerald needs to answer this.
