Palin Prouesse: Stimulating the Left and people with PDS (Update)

Governor Palin is the gift that keeps on giving. She continues to stimulate the left and people who have Palin Derangment Syndrome.

Just recently, we have seen Andrew Halcro come up with the theory that Bristol was part of a Palin staged interview with Greta Van Susteren.

Then as a follow-up, Halcro has black helicopters come in with a picture of Tom Cruise on the tail, sweeping Palin away to some undisclosed location in Halcroland.

Yes, that is correct, Palin has gone over to the scientology side, er wait, make that the Rev. Graham side, wait, make that the Planned Parenthood side. It's getting hard to keep tabs on the daily conspiracies.

And while on the topic of theories, since Halcro is a free choice Catholic, why does he consider himself a Catholic. Could there be a check written by Halcro that found its way into the Planned Parenthood tithing basket? After all, his wife worked for them. Did Halcro leave a thank you note to Palin and to the Pope at the same time?

Enough on Halcro, he has become a catty male who would make a good gossip columnist for the Globe.

In today's Anchorage dying newspaper, the editors came up with a bottom line on Palin.

Gov. Palin shouldn't take a partisan approach to using federal stimulus funding.

One has to wonder if Zencey et al, before going to bed, get on their knees and pray that Alaska will have another oil boom. Or do they go out in their yards and plant pennies in the ground and hope for trees to grow?

What the editors forget is, that stimulus package is a debt placed on our kid's futures. At least my 15 year old daughter understands that.

Since coming to the ADN, the editors at the ADN are a joke and have been for a long time. In case the editors haven't noticed, McClatchy stock is tanking and it seems each time these guys open their mouths, the stock gets worse.

We can only pray that soon, their mouths will open no more.

UPDATE: The Fiscal Conservative Governor Clause
ADDITIONAL FUNDING DISTRIBUTION AND ASSURANCE OF APPROPRIATE USE OF FUNDS

SEC. 1607.

(a) CERTIFICATION BY GOVERNOR. Not later than 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act, for funds provided to any State or agency thereof, the Governor of the State shall certify that: the State will request and use funds provided by this Act and will use the funds to create jobs and promote economic growth.

(b) ACCEPTANCE BY STATE LEGISLATURE. If funds provided to any State in any division of this Act are not accepted for use by the Governor, then acceptance by the State legislature, by means of the adoption of a concurrent resolution, shall be sufficient to provide funding to such State.

(c) DISTRIBUTION. After the adoption of a State legislature's concurrent resolution, funding to the State will be for distribution to local governments, councils of government, public entities, and public-private entities within the State either by formula or at the State's discretion.

What this means if you have a Governor who is conservative like Palin on the stimulus package, the Legislature can accept the funds.

What this also means is; any criticism of Palin as was done by the ADN, is done for political purpose.
