Coming on the Heels of Palin's Support of the Parental Notification Initiative: A Rasmussen Poll on the Morning After Pill

My bet is, if the parental notification ballot initiative is put to a vote in Alaska, it will pass.

And to back that up,I will point to Rasmussen's poll on parental notification on the use of the morning after pill by a 17 year old. Now it's not an Alaskan poll, but the same sentiment is found in Alaska.

Guarantee it.

The numbers are high for parental consent..So to you fire breathing man hating feminists who call men neanderthals, here are the numbers broken down to include gender.

Sixty-four percent (64%) of Americans say 17-year-olds should be required to consult a parent before taking the so-called “morning after” pill to prevent pregnancy.

Thirty percent (30%) do not think it is necessary for 17-year-olds to discuss the pill with a parent first, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Men and women have virtually identical views on this question.
