Show me the money redux

To win an election, you have to have money. To win an election, you also have to have a message. In this last school board election, I did not have any money. But the message is slowly gaining popularity.

These are the figures.

The precincts in House District 25.

600 - 39.64% of the votes. Last year 36.89%
605 - 42.08% of the votes. Last year 41.14%
610 - 45.09% of the votes. Last year 34.50% Northwood Elementary School
615 - 35.59% of the votes. Last year 24.93% North Star Elementary School and a heavy Democratic District. I said this would be a tough district for a Republican, but my message is gaining popularity.
620 - 36.89% of the votes. Last year 37.91%
625 - 46.28% of the votes. Last year 38.84% Stellar School.
630 - 31.09% of the votes. Last year 32.46% Central Middle School
635 - 37.99% of the votes. Last year 37.30% Willowcrest Elementary
640 - 42.18% of the votes. Last year 28.89% Willowcrest Elementary

I strongly believe that the message I have can win an election. But it will take money to get that message to the voters.
