To Whom it may concern: Change will Start in the Baltics and Then With Georgia (Update with Related Threads)

To Whom it may concern, the thread that was e-mailed to the ministry in Georgia is fine, but nothing will be done until trade relations are started with the Baltics.

The officials in Latvia are the ones that should be heading the Solidarnosc movement with Poland understanding the cause.

There is one person Outside of the government in Riga that knows the trade laws very well. The person would make a good liason.....As I said before, Alaska would be a good place for a liason and government officials to visit.

Good Luck...
