The Russian Diplomat: Peddling War in the Middle East

You have to give it to the Russian leaders, they love to manipulate the countries in the Middle East and hold the upper hand on Israel and the United States.

Russia will sell Iran nuclear fuel for a reactor, a missile defense system to Iran so Iran can protect themselves from an Israeli attack on Iran's nuclear infrastructure.

But Russia will protest the installation of a missile defense system in Eastern Europe that will defend Europe from Iran launching missiles against Europe.

Now you have Egypt worried about Iran so Egypt is wanting to buy the S-400 missile defense system from Russia to protect themselves from Iran.

I would question the logic of Egypt wanting to purchase the system from Russia when Russia has been promoting the instability in the Middle East by selling Iran nuclear material and a missile defense systems to protect Iran's nuclear infrastructure.

Israel has been put into a position of the best defense is a strong offense and has sought to purchase from the United States, the F-35 that is superior to the S-300 missile defense system that Iran is purchasing from Russia.

However, the Obama administration has said it would veto a bill that included funding of engines for the F-35, thus killing the F-35 project.

Does this sound like a president who has the interest of the United States and its allies on his mind?

It's a rhetorical question because the answer is No.
