From a political standpoint, Alaska's politicians will live or die by their own actions when signing onto Alaska laws; it becomes their trademark and since Sarah Palin signed onto Alaska’s Clear and Equitable Share (ACES) and the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act (AGIA), the effect of the laws may come back to haunt Sarah Palin.
On the issues of ACES, and AGIA, there are those of us who argued that if you tax the oil companies too high, future investment in oil and gas exploration will be hurt.
It’s common sense.
