According to the Polish paper Fakt, the paper Gazeta Poland has evidence that there was one Polish security (BOR) officer alive after the crash but died later of wounds.
The Fakt reports that Gazeta:
"claims that it has information from a person who was on-site disaster , and then spoke with the families of the victims."
