How Turkey Neutered A Member of NATO

The Middle East and North Africa are areas that the U.S. has failed to change; a lesson learned by Russia - and NATO has involved itself in liberating Libya from Gaddafi only to see the Libyan Parliament take refuge in a ferry.

NATO punted on Russia invading Ukraine and now Turkey a member of NATO has decided to not allow the U.S. to use it bases to attack ISIS. 

On September 6th, I posted a thread that was related to ISIS and the responses from people in Turkey.

From the responses, Turkey has some serious internal problems and as such, a civil war could erupt in Turkey.

Moreover, an issue on energy has emerged where ISIS is smuggling oil into Turkey.

For the moment, Turkey has neutered the U.S. who is a member of NATO.
